Invoicing and payroll service for freelancers and companies

Suomen Palkkiopalvelu Oy (Finnish Payroll Service ltd) offers a fully qualified, fast, professional and reliable payroll service for freelancers who do not have a business established or a company of their own.

This service is also available to companies interested in outsourcing their payroll services to Suomen Palkkiopalvelu Oy.

We provide the following services:

• Invoicing
• Payroll
• Consultancy (contracts, legal matters and dept collecting)

Our payroll service is open to everyone and no separate contract is needed in order to become a Suomen Palkkiopalvelu Oy client.

Each assignment forms a contract of its own. Contract relation begins once an assignment is given to Suomen Palkkiopalvelu Oy and ends when the funds are wired to client´s/clients´ bank account(s).
All assignments must be given in writing preferably via e-mail. The group leader (i.e. the band-leader) can deliver all the information on behalf of the group.

The following information is required before an assignment can be accepted by Suomen Palkkiopalvelu Oy:

Ex. 1 (musical or other public performance, invoiced at 0% VAT).

• Name and telephone number
• Name of the performer or name of the group
• Date of the performance
• City/venue
• Payer of the invoice (name, address)
• Amount to be invoiced
• How the fee is shared between salary earners
• Other information

Ex. 2 (other jobs, invoiced at 22% VAT included).

• Name and telephone number
• Name of the employee or name of the group
• Date of the delivery
• Subject of the invoice
• Payer of the invoice (name, address)
• Amount to be invoiced + VAT 22%
• How the fee will be shared between salary earners
• Other information

The following personal information is required from every salary earner:

1) Salary earner with a Finnish social security number:

• A tax-card issued by the Finnish Tax authorities*
• Home address
• A bank account number in Finland**
• An e-mail address
• A telephone number

2) Salary earner without a Finnish social security number:

• Full name
• Date of Birth
• Nationality
• Social Security number in home country
• Home address
• A bank account number in Finland**
• An e-mail address
• A telephone number

Suomen Palkkiopalvelu Oy charges for the payroll service only.
A basic fee of €9 is charged for every transaction + €6 for every gig/working day.
A minimum charge of €15 applies.

** Funds can be wired to any designated Finnish bank account. The salary earner does not necessarily need to be the owner of the bank account.
